• Support hours are Monday through Friday, 9 AM Pacific Time to 5 PM Pacific Time, excluding holidays. (Note: if you are located in a time zone significantly different from Pacific Time, we will make best efforts to accommodate your schedule.)
• Each support incident includes up to two hours of troubleshooting.
• A Professional Support incident is required if you are a legacy Sputnik Control Center customer and need us to SSH into your self-hosted server in order to help troubleshoot or perform server upgrades.
• As the complexity of technical issues varies greatly, we cannot guarantee the time of resolution. However, we will make best efforts to resolve Professional Support Incidents as quickly as possible, and your case will be prioritized in our queue.

A two-hour introductory training course on the fundamentals of Sputnik technology. The course is available online or at Sputnik's offices in San Francisco, and can be customized to address your unique business requirements.

SputnikNet On Site utilizes industry-standard SSL to secure all end-user authentication. In order to utilize this security feature, you must install a valid, signed SSL Certificate issued by a CA (Certificate Authority) such as VeriSign/Thawte. Need help installing an SSL certificate into your SputnikNet On Site server? Let us take care of it for you.

Important: Please supply the fully qualified domain name of your server, as well as a temporary root password so that we can log in.
