Free installation support is provided for 90 days from date of purchase, and is available by email only. We guarantee response to support requests (not necessarily resolution) within four business days. (Actual response is often sooner, just not guaranteed.)

Sputnik Urgent Support Incident

We guarantee response to urgent support requests within four hours during the business day 9AM-5PM Pacific Time, Monday through Friday. (Note: if you are located in a time zone significantly different from Pacific Time, we will make best efforts to accommodate your schedule.) Each support incident includes 60 initial minutes of troubleshooting. We charge $50 for each additional 15 minutes of support or any portion thereof.

Install SSL Security Certificate

SputnikNet On Site utilizes industry-standard SSL to secure all end-user authentication. In order to utilize this security feature, you must install a valid, signed SSL Certificate issued by a CA (Certificate Authority) such as VeriSign/Thawte. Need help installing an SSL certificate into your SputnikNet On Site server? Let us take care of it for you. (Note: the price does not include the cost of the SSL certificate, which can run $150-$300.)

Basic Deployment Planning

If you need assistance planning your wireless network deployment, Sputnik's experts are on hand to help. Based on information that you supply regarding your deployment goals, we will draft a proposed network map that includes the number and kind of access points, antennas, software, and accessories required. Note: this is not a site survey, but rather an educated estimate based on information you provide. The full cost of the Basic Deployment Plan can be applied as a discount on your next Sputnik order (minimum amount, $5,000). In addition, we can pre-configure your order to comply with the Plan, at your option.
